"Joseon Exorcist" Comes Out Strong In Viewership Ratings With Premiere Episode
The Monday evening drama time slot has added some fierce new competition!
According to Nielsen Korea, the premiere episode of SBS’s “Joseon Exorcist” recorded average nationwide ratings of 5.7 and 8.9 percent.
This gives it a slight edge over KBS’s “River Where the Moon Rises,” which has maintained its lead in this time slot for several weeks despite a major casting change. The March 22 episode of “River Where the Moon Rises” recorded average nationwide ratings of 7.3 and 8.7 percent, a small drop from last week.
On tvN, “Navillera” premiered to ratings of 2.810 percent, a modest start compared to its predecessor in this time slot, “L.U.C.A.: The Beginning,” which kicked off with ratings in the 5 percent range.
JTBC’s Drama Festa (short-form drama specials) aired “Missing Child” to ratings of 2.293 percent.
