TVXQ’s Yunho Halts Participation In Mnet's "Kingdom" + Changmin To Continue As Solo MC

TVXQ’s Yunho will not be participating in upcoming recordings of Mnet’s “Kingdom,” for which he is an MC for along with fellow member Changmin.

Earlier in the month, it was revealed that Yunho is being investigated for violating social distancing regulations.

On March 24, Mnet released the following statement:

It was relayed to Mnet by SM Entertainment that Yunho voluntarily intends to not participate in recordings for “Kingdom : Legendary War” until his police investigation results are released.

As a result, Mnet has decided that Changmin will be filming for the program as the sole MC from now on. Regarding the parts that Yunho has already completed filming for, they will be edited with focus on his role as a host.

“Kingdom” is set to air its first episode on April 1 at 7:50 p.m. KST.
