Cho Yi Hyun In Talks To Play Female Lead Opposite WEi's Kim Yo Han In "School 2021"
On April 1, YTN Star reported that Cho Yi Hyun was cast in the role of the female lead in KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama “School 2021.”
A source from her agency Artist Company clarified to SpoTV News, “Cho Yi Hyun has received an offer to star in KBS2’s new drama ‘School 2021’ and is reviewing the offer.”
WEi’s Kim Yo Han is confirmed to play the male lead Do Bin, a hardworking student who takes on work and school at the same time and achieves his dream job after learning about love and friendship. Kim Young Dae from “Extraordinary You” and “The Penthouse” series is in talks to join the main cast as well.
Cho Yi Hyun debuted in 2018 and starred in various web dramas, indie films, and dramas including “My Country,” “How to Buy a Friend,” and “Hospital Playlist.” Her latest drama “All of Us Are Dead” will be revealed on Netflix this year.
“School 2021” is scheduled to air in August.
