Yoon Ji Sung Confirmed To Make Acting Debut In New Romance Drama

Yoon Ji Sung is gearing up to make his small-screen debut!

On April 13, Yoon Ji Sung’s agency LM Entertainment officially announced, “Yoon Ji Sung has been confirmed to appear in the drama ‘I Will Become Your Night’ [working title], which is scheduled to air in the second half of the year.”

“I Will Become Your Night” is an upcoming romance drama about an A-list idol who suffers from sleepwalking—and a fraudulent physician who moves into the band’s dorm to secretly treat the sleepwalking idol.

Yoon Ji Sung will be playing the role of Kim Yoo Chan, the drummer of the idol band, who made his debut as a child actor when he was seven. Although he earned the nickname of “the nation’s son,” he was soon forgotten, and he eventually made his return as a drummer after undergoing training to become an idol. While Kim Yoo Chan is always smiling cheerfully and appears to be unparalleled in his ambition, he is secretly a lonely soul with hidden emotional scars.

Although Yoon Ji Sung has previously showcased his acting skills in musicals, “I Will Become Your Night” will mark his first acting role in a drama.

The singer is also currently preparing to make a comeback on April 15 with his second mini album “Temperature of Love.”
