Brave Girls Talks About Their Future Goals, Plans For Their New Income, And More
On April 16, Brave Girls and Kim Sejeong appeared on “Come Back Home TV,” a spinoff content series from the new KBS 2TV variety show “Come Back Home.”
Kim Sejeong, who recently made a comeback with the mini album “I’M” and title track “Warning,” shared her excitement for her new music. “I’m excited to be returning as a singer for the first time in a while,” she said. “I’m also looking forward to the songwriting royalties.” Asked what advice she would give her 20-year-old self, she said, “I think I’d tell her that it’s okay to go on that audition program you got a chance for. At that time, I really didn’t want to go on it. But now that I think about it, I’m glad that I took on that challenge.”
Brave Girls talked about their future goals and shared their family’s reaction to their newfound success. Yuna said, “My mom is too excited, so I’m trying to hold her back.” Minyoung said, “My little sister had been keeping the fact that I was in Brave Girls a secret, but now her friends are all sending me messages of support.”
Yujeong, who recently filmed a commercial, was congratulated by her members, and Minyoung joked, “It’s because we split the profits.” Yujeong said, “It’s not just me filming commercials, but each member is undergoing growth in their own areas.”
Brave Girls shared that they had not yet settled their accounts and received the income from their new profits. The members shared that once they received it, their first goal was to pay off their debts on their accounts as well as their student loans. For their ultimate goal, they shared that they wanted to stand on stage at the end-of-year shows in 2021 as “Brave Girls.” Eunji shared her hopes to meet their fans in-person and said, “We did a military concert yesterday for the first time in a while and it felt like we were coming home. It was disappointing that it had to be ‘on-tact’ [not in-person].”
