EXO's Baekhyun Achieves 2nd “Million Seller" Solo Album With “Bambi"

EXO’s Baekhyun has surpassed 1 million sales for his third mini album “Bambi”!

The new album “Bambi,” which was released on March 30, sold a total of 1,006,835 copies as of April 18. The album sales total soared past 1 million within 20 days, once again proving Baekhyun’s global reach.

Previously, Baekhyun became the first “million seller” solo artist in 19 years with his second mini album “Delight.” The mini album also swept domestic and foreign charts and received an official triple platinum certification. In Korean music history, Baekhyun is the second artist to achieve the title of “million seller” both as a group and as a solo artist following Seo Taiji. With his latest album selling over 1 million copies, Baekhyun has now earned the title of “double million seller.”

Since EXO also became “quintuple million sellers” with “Don’t Mess Up My Tempo” in 2018, Baekhyun has a total of seven albums which have each sold over 1 million copies. On his new achievement, Baekhyun shared, “First of all, our EXO-L [EXO’s official fan club]! Thank you to all the fans, and I’ll always work hard so that fans can immediately feel good emotions that are pleasant, refreshing, and exhilarating when they think of me. I love you.”

In addition to sweeping the domestic charts, “Bambi” also placed No. 1 on the iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 60 regions and on China’s QQ Music’s and Kugou Music’s Best-Selling Digital Albums charts.
