Jung Ji So Freezes With Uneasiness As She Suddenly Comes Face-To-Face With T-ara's Jiyeon In "Imitation"

Jung Ji So and T-ara’s Jiyeon will meet for the first time in “Imitation”!

Based on a popular webtoon, “Imitation” is about the lives of idols in the competitive entertainment industry. Jung Ji So plays Lee Ma Ha, the center of the girl group Tea Party. Jiyeon plays LA LIMA (La Ri Ma), a successful solo artist who becomes Lee Ma Ha’s role model.

In the first episode, Lee Ma Ha became devastated when her girl group Omega Three ended up not being able to kick off their debut stage. She lost her dream right in front of her eyes and eventually worked at various events to do cover stages of LA LIMA.

On May 14, the drama unveiled new stills of a strangely tense encounter between Lee Ma Ha and La Ri Ma. Lee Ma Ha looks nervous as she stands in front of the popular idol. She ran into La Ri Ma out of nowhere, and she’s rooted to the spot with a pale face. Her mouth is tightly shut, and she seems flustered by the unexpected meeting.

On the other hand, La Ri Ma is calm and full of confidence. She gazes at Lee Ma Ha with a cynical expression that reads “So you’re that girl.” Viewers can look forward to finding out more about their confrontation in the second episode.

The production team commented, “In today’s episode, Lee Ma Ha will suddenly come face-to-face with La Ri Ma. Please pay a lot of attention to their relationship that will unfold in an interesting way.”

Episode 2 of “Imitation” will air on May 14 at 11:20 p.m. KST.
