"Music Bank" Cancels This Week's Broadcast After Staff Member Diagnosed With COVID-19

KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” will not be airing this week.

On May 20, the weekly music show cancelled its broadcast for the following day (May 21) after a member of its staff was diagnosed with COVID-19.

Accordingly, those who are determined to have crossed paths or had close contact with the staff member in question will be undergoing testing for the virus.

Fortunately, however, the staff member is said to have learned that they tested positive for COVID-19 before the pre-broadcast filming for the May 21 episode of “Music Bank” began, meaning that the artists scheduled to perform on tomorrow’s episode are unlikely to have come into contact with the patient.
