Watch: Jung So Min Picks A Fight With Her New Boss Kim Ji Suk In "Monthly Magazine Home"
JTBC’s new drama “Monthly Magazine Home” has released the teaser for the first episode!
“Monthly Magazine Home” is a romance drama that centers around the problem of housing. Jung So Min stars as Na Young Won, a woman who believes houses are for “living,” and Kim Ji Suk stars as Yoo Ja Sung, a man who believes houses are for “buying.”
In the new teaser for the first episode, Na Young Won is being forced out of her house by the new owner. To get her revenge, she charges the new owner and hits him in the face with a bag full of boiled pork.
The scene moves to Na Young Won applying for a new job as editor of a home and lifestyle magazine. It appears to go well at first, showing Choi Go (Kim Won Hae) her portfolio and shaking hands with him. Then she is introduced to the magazine’s CEO, who turns out to be none other than Yoo Ja Sung, the landlord who had forced her out of her house.
Although she recognizes him immediately, he doesn’t realize who she is at first. It isn’t until he pushes a bunch of revisions on her and ends up seeing her with glasses and tied-up hair again that he recognizes her as the “boiled pork woman.” The two end up in a bickering back-and-forth, with Yoo Ja Sung suggesting a new nickname for her: “Na Zero Won.” (“Young Won” sounds like “Zero Won” in Korean, so her nickname literally means, “I have zero won [money].”)
“Monthly Magazine Home” premieres on June 16 at 9 p.m. KST. Check out the teaser below!
