"The Penthouse" Star Kim Young Dae Talks About Overcoming Pressure In His Acting Career

In a recent interview and pictorial for Arena Homme Plus magazine, Kim Young Dae shared his thoughts on acting.

Kim Young Dae, who is currently starring in SBS’s hit drama “The Penthouse 3” as Joo Dan Te (Uhm Ki Joon) and Shim Soo Ryeon (Lee Ji Ah)’s son Joo Seok Hoon, expressed his deep affection for his work. “The process of discovering my own strengths while acting is a lot of fun,” he remarked. “I think I even gain more energy because it’s so much fun.”

He went on to add that his love of job is what helps him handle the pressures of his career, explaining, “Enjoying myself is what gives me the strength to overcome any pressure.”

Kim Young Dae also opened up about wanting to become an even better actor in the future.

“As I’ve made the choice to become an actor, I want to do a good job, and all I want is to grow and improve,” he shared. “Since there are many opportunities for me to learn about acting, I’m placing a lot of value on the learning process.”
