VAV's Lou And Ziu To Enlist In Military Early To Minimize Group's Hiatus

VAV’s Lou and Ziu have announced their plans to enlist in the military together.

On July 2, A TEAM Entertainment officially stated, “VAV’s Lou and Ziu will be enlisting as active-duty soldiers on July 12.”

As the youngest members of VAV, Lou and Ziu are not required to enlist in the military just yet. However, in the hopes of minimizing the group’s overall hiatus caused by the members’ military service, both Lou and Ziu have decided to enlist earlier than necessary—and they plan to resume group activities upon their return.

The two VAV members also took to their official fan cafe to personally convey the news to their fans in handwritten letters.

Lou wrote, “Because the fans spent every moment together with us, the past five years have become a happy memory. Thank you for all your love up until now, and we will become a VAV worthy of that love in the future as well.”

Meanwhile, Ziu wrote, “After meeting our fans for the first time in 2017, we made so many memories together over the past five years. Throughout my time in the military, I will find energy by thinking of the love that you have given us up until now.”

Baron became the first member of VAV to enlist in the military last August, with Ace following in his footsteps in May of this year.
