July Variety Star Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety stars!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 50 popular entertainers, using big data collected from June 3 to July 3.

Yoo Jae Suk held onto his spot at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 2,029,824 for July. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “Running Man,” “Lee Kwang Soo,” and “MSG Wannabe,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “release,” “reunite,” and “advertise.” Yoo Jae Suk’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 85.70 percent positive reactions.

Kim Jong Kook also maintained his position at second place this month with a brand reputation index of 1,725,163, marking a 57.07 percent increase in his score since June.

Finally, Lee Kwang Soo rose to third place in the rankings after seeing a 64.68 percent rise in his brand reputation index since last month. The star’s total index for July came out to 1,219,596.
