BLACKPINK's Rosé's "On The Ground" Music Video Surpasses 200 Million Views
BLACKPINK’s Rosé’s debut music video continues to rack up the views!
On July 13 around 3:30 a.m. KST, the music video for “On the Ground” surpassed 200 million views on YouTube. The music video was released on March 12 at 2 p.m. KST, meaning that it took about 4 months and 13 hours to reach the milestone. In addition, Rosé is the first Korean female act to achieve 200 million views with a 2021 release.
Back in March, “On the Ground” became the fastest Korean female soloist MV to hit 100 million views, accomplishing the feat in a little over a week and beating the previous record held by fellow BLACKPINK member Jennie. “On the Ground” also set a new record for the highest 24-hour debut views for a music video by a K-pop soloist. Rosé’s second solo music video, “Gone,” also recently reached 100 million views.
Congratulations to Rosé!
