“Cleaning Up” tells the story about the struggle cleaners at a security firm have as they try to create a new destiny for themselves after overhearing about insider trading.

Jun So Min has been offered the role of a cleaner named Ahn In Kyung, while Yum Jung Ah is in talks to play a cleaner named Eo Young Mi who has stunning looks. Jun So Min has been busy starring in variety programs such as SBS’s “Running Man” and tvN’s “The Sixth Sense 2.” The upcoming remake may be her first return to acting in a drama in two and a half years following her appearance in tvN’s “Top Star U-Baek.” If Yum Jung Ah accepts the role, this will also be her first time starring in a drama since “SKY Castle.” Yum Jung Ah began filming for her new film “Alien” in April, and she has been focusing on “Smuggling” since last month. Yeom Hye Ran recently starred in OCN’s “The Uncanny Counter,” and viewers are anticipating her next transformation.

According to the reports, the remake of “Cleaning Up” will begin filming in the second half of the year while the broadcast date is yet to be decided. The drama will be penned by scriptwriter Choi Kyung Mi.
