Yoon So Hee, Choi Won Myeong, Joo Woo Jae, And More Confirmed For New Playlist Studio Drama
The main cast lineup has been announced for Playlist Studio’s next project!
Known for hits including “Love Playlist,” “A-TEEN,” “XX,” and more, Playlist Studio has announced “PENG” as the company’s next web drama.
“PENG” is about a woman entering her 30s as four different men become entangled in her life. The drama will star actors including Yoon So Hee, Choi Won Myeong, Joo Woo Jae, Kim Hyun Jin, and Bang Eun Jung.
Yoon So Hee is set to play 30-year-old Go Sa Ri who is trying to start fresh as she says goodbye to her 20s. She faces a difficult situation when her ex-boyfriend, a younger guy, her best friend, and her boss simultaneously try to win her over.
For his first project since his military discharge, Choi Won Myeong will be taking on the role of Pi Jung Won, a talented media artist who also own his own gallery and cafe. He develops feelings for Go Sa Ri, who he has been close friends with since they were young.
Joo Woo Jae has been cast for the role of Ki Sun Jae, the CEO of the fashion brand that Go Sa Ri works for. A nearly perfect guy with both looks and skills, he shows warmth in his actions although he appears cold at times.
Kim Hyun Jin will play model Yeon Ha Rim, a younger guy who isn’t afraid to express his feelings.
Bang Eun Jung’s character Doo Ru Mi is a model who is always straightforward and confident, always willing to show interest when a handsome guy appears. She is an affectionate character who is very loyal to her friends.
Created by “A-TEEN” director Han Su Ji and “My Fuxxxxx Romance” director Baek Min Hee, “PENG” is scheduled to premiere later this year.
