BTS's "Permission To Dance" Maintains Lead; Soompi's K-Pop Music Chart 2021, August Week 2
BTS’s “Permission to Dance” is the No. 1 song for the fourth consecutive week! The song still maintains a strong lead ahead of its competitors. Congratulations again to BTS!
Moving up two spots to No. 2 is AKMU’s “NAKKA,” a collaboration with IU. Rounding out the top three and down one spot to No. 3 is TWICE’s “Alcohol-Free.”
Only one song newly entered the top 10 this week. Moving up 11 spots to No. 10 is Mido and Falasol’s “Superstar.” This is the sixth single from “Hospital Playlist 2” and the third top 10 hit from this season. A remake of Lee Hyun Chul’s song from 2005, the actors express a message of hope and comfort with their rendition.
