Jeon Do Yeon Is A Desolate Ghostwriter With No Joys In Life In Upcoming JTBC Drama "Lost"
JTBC’s upcoming drama “Lost” has shared more stills of Jeon Do Yeon in character!
“Lost” stars Jeon Do Yeon as Boo Jung, a ghostwriter in her forties who feels as though she hasn’t amounted to anything, and Ryu Jun Yeol as Kang Jae, a man struggling to make ends meet who is terrified of his unpromising future. When the two lost souls meet in the shadows, they embark on a journey of healing as they attempt to escape the darkness.
On August 17, the drama unveiled Jeon Do Yeon’s flawless transformation into Boo Jung.
In the first still, Boo Jung’s eyes are cold and dry of emotions as she waits in line for a book signing event that is held by Ah Ran (Park Ji Young), an actress who is also her client. It appears as if Boo Jung is somewhat resentful towards the “author,” and curiosity is mounting over what she’s up to.
The drama also shared a glimpse of Boo Jung as a housekeeper. It will be intriguing to find out how she went from being an aspiring writer to a ghostwriter to a maid.
Jeon Do Yeon explained, “Boo Jung is a precarious character who is on the border between life and death. I thought the most important thing was to wonder why Boo Jung is experiencing a lot of pain and hardships and find the answers to them.”
“Lost” will premiere on September 4 at 10:30 p.m. KST. Check out the teaser here!
