Park Sung Hoon, Park Ha Na, And More Confirmed For Drama Special With Jun So Min

Jun So Min, Park Sung Hoon Kim Yoon Seul, Kim Kang Hyun, and Park Ha Na have been confirmed for the upcoming drama special “Hee Soo.”

“Hee Soo” will be the first project in KBS’s upcoming drama special “2021 TV Cinema.” Although it is described as a drama special, “2021 TV Cinema” will be more like a four-part film project as KBS tries out a new format.

“Hee Soo” is a sci-fi horror project about a married couple who are living in grief after their six-year-old daughter is killed in a traffic accident. One day, their daughter is resurrected via a VR (virtual reality) project.

Jun So Min and Park Sung Hoon will play Hwang Joo Eun and Go Tae Hoon, the parents of the little girl Hee Soo (played by Kim Yoon Seul). Kim Kang Hyun plays Lee Joon Beom, the developer of the VR program, and Park Ha Na plays his wife, Kim Sang Mi.

This is Jun So Min and Park Sung Hoon’s second time working together, having starred in the KBS drama special “Review Notebook of My Embarrassing Days” in 2018.

“Hee Soo” will air on KBS sometime in October. Two weeks prior to its TV premiere, it will be available on online streaming services such as wavve and Btv.
