The upcoming Netflix movie “Seoul Vibe” has paused filming after staff members were diagnosed with COVID-19.

“Seoul Vibe” is a new heist film about a grandiose plot to rob a slush fund and the thrilling car chase that ensues on the streets of Seoul during the 1988 Seoul Olympics. It stars Yoo Ah In, Go Kyung Pyo, Lee Kyu Hyung, Park Ju Hyun, Ong Seong Wu, Kim Sung Kyun, Moon So Ri, and Jung Woong In.

The movie started filming on August 14. On August 20, it was reported that a staff member tested positive for COVID-19 on the second day of filming. The staff member had gone to get tested because they weren’t feeling well. After learning the news, everyone working on the movie was tested, and two other staff members, who had shared a room with the ill staff member, tested positive as well.

All the other cast and crew members tested negative for the virus. According to the film’s representatives, no one else on set has been identified as a close contact, so filming will resume around August 22.
