"Nevertheless" Ends On Ratings Rise As "The Devil Judge" Soars To New High Ahead Of Finale
JTBC’s “Nevertheless” has come to an end!
On August 21, the romance drama starring Song Kang and Han So Hee—which has earned modest ratings throughout its run—saw its viewership rise slightly for its final episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the series finale of “Nevertheless” scored an average nationwide rating of 1.7 percent.
Meanwhile, with just one episode left to go, tvN’s “the Devil Judge” achieved its highest viewership ratings yet ahead of its own series finale. The drama’s penultimate episode earned an average nationwide rating of 7.5 percent, taking first place in its time slot across all cable channels and setting a new personal record for the show.
“The Devil Judge” also reached a new all-time high in viewership among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored a nationwide average of 3.3 percent and a peak of 4.0 percent.
MBC’s new romance drama “Check Out the Event” dipped slightly to an average nationwide rating of 0.8 percent for its second episode, while KBS 2TV’s “Revolutionary Sisters” remained the most-watched program of any kind to air on Saturday with an average nationwide rating of 29.8 percent.
