Watch: 'Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha' Cast Are All Smiles Behind The Scenes Of Poster Shoot

tvN’s “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” took drama fans behind the scenes of the poster shoot!

A remake of the film “Mr. Hong,” the romance drama stars Shin Min Ah as Yoon Hye Jin, a dentist who moves from Seoul to the seaside village of Gongjin, and Kim Seon Ho as Hong Doo Shik, an odd-job expert who helps everyone around town. Lee Sang Yi plays Ji Sung Hyun, a variety show PD known for creating warm content about people’s everyday lives.

Following the release of posters featuring the main cast, the behind-the-scenes video provides an in-depth look at the meanings behind the props that each actor used for their photo shoot.

Shin Min Ah carries a stack of boxes in her arms for her individual poster, and in the video she explains, “Hye Jin is a realist who believes that the payment for her hard work should be manifested in things. Only then can she feel like she is successful. It’s a kind of flex.”

Next up is Kim Seon Ho, who flashes some quirky facial expressions before posing with his character’s prop: an accordion album filled with his professional licenses. The immense collection is fitting for his character of Hong Doo Shik, a jack-of-all-trades who helps everyone in the village.

Lee Sang Yi poses with a camera, a perfect match for his role as variety show PD Ji Sung Hyun. He comments, “Sung Hyun always carries a camera to capture subjects and scenery, which he can use in his variety programs.”

When asked to share how they felt about the poster shoot, Shin Min Ah shares her realization that the day of the drama’s premiere is quickly approaching, while Kim Seon Ho credits the successful photo shoot to the staff who looked after the cast and gave them good reactions.

The video also gives drama fans a glimpse at the photo shoot for Kim Seon Ho and Shin Min Ah’s couple poster. The two actors are all smiles as they pose side-by-side and gently knock their foreheads together. They also pose against a beach backdrop, leaning against each other’s backs to create a lighthearted mood.

The behind-the-scenes video wraps up as the main cast requests that viewers look forward to the drama.
