B1A4's Gongchan And Nam Kyu Hee To Star In New Web Drama

B1A4’s Gongchan and Nam Kyu Hee will play the leads of WHYNOT Media’s new web drama “Mokkoji Kitchen” (literal translation)!

“Mokkoji Kitchen” is a sweet and salty love recipe drama that revolves around chef Moo Young, who runs a one-person fusion Korean restaurant, and college student Ro In, who knows all the delicious restaurants. The two fatefully become intertwined in each other’s lives and end up sharing food to fill their hearts.

The web drama will be produced as part of the 2021 Hallyu Living Culture Hanmadang Mokkoji Korea Project organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Foundation for International Culture Exchange and will be used to spread Korean life culture around the world.

Gongchan will be starring as Moo Young, the chef of Mokkoji Kitchen, a fusion Korean restaurant. He is serious, diligent, and responsible when it comes to cooking and food, but in everyday life, he is just a clumsy and tactless man who has no interest in dating.

Nam Kyu Hee will be playing Ro In, who is also called the “gourmet navigator” due to her hobby of searching for delicious restaurants and visiting them.

“Mokkoji Kitchen” will air on September 6 at 10 a.m. KST via Mokkoji Korea’s YouTube channel.
