September Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from August 12 to September 12.
BLACKPINK held onto their spot at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 3,702,433, marking a 14.16 percent rise in their score since August.
High-ranking phrases in BLACKPINK’s keyword analysis included “Lisa,” “YouTube,” and “Lalisa,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “surpass,” “record,” and “debut.” The group’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 84.07 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, Girls’ Generation came in at a close second after seeing a 53.49 percent increase in their brand reputation index since last month. The group’s total score for September came out to 3,601,929.
Red Velvet maintained their position at third place with a brand reputation index of 3,552,477, marking a 42.47 percent rise in their score since August.
Finally, aespa and TWICE rounded out the top five for the month at fourth and fifth places respectively.
