Watch: Park Eun Bin Goes From Carefree Princess To Prince With A Secret In Teaser For Romance Drama With SF9's Rowoon

KBS has shared an exciting first teaser for its upcoming drama “The King’s Affection”!

Based on the manhwa (Korean comic) of the same name, “The King’s Affection” will tell the story of a pair of royal twins, one male and one female. Although the sister is initially abandoned for being female, she later disguises herself as a man to become the crown prince when her brother dies.

Park Eun Bin will be starring in the drama as Lee Hwi, the crown prince with a shocking secret, while SF9’s Rowoon will be starring as Lee Hwi’s teacher Jung Ji Woon.

The newly released teaser begins with Lee Hwi as a princess, blissfully running through the palace in a beautiful hanbok (traditional Korean clothing). In the blink of an eye, she transforms into a cold and distant crown prince, whose heart is heavy from having to carefully guard her secret at all times.

However, it appears that someone may finally get past Lee Hwi’s emotional walls: when Lee Hwi stumbles and nearly falls, her handsome teacher Jung Ji Woon—who is just as pure of heart as she is—is there to catch her from behind.

The producers of “The King’s Affection” teased, “As fall approaches, our sentimental cells that have been fast asleep are starting to wake up again. Please look forward to the legendary chemistry that Park Eun Bin and Rowoon will create through their dazzling visuals and exquisitely detailed acting.”

“The King’s Affection” will premiere on October 11 at 9:30 p.m. KST. In the meantime, check out the new teaser below!
