Girls' Generation's Yuri To Star In Indie Film

Girls’ Generation’s Yuri’s next project will be an indie film!

On September 14, SM Entertainment stated, “It has been confirmed that Yuri will be starring as the lead actress in the indie film ‘Dolphin’ [that will be both written and directed by Bae Doo Ri].'”

“Dolphin” will follow the story of Na Young, a local news reporter whose life revolves around her family, who falls in love with bowling. She was born in a small village and has never gone anywhere else before.

Yuri will be taking the role of Na Young, and it will be interesting to see how she will draw the process of her character’s changes as she goes from someone who fears change to someone who opens her heart and gains hope.

Yuri has appeared in various dramas and movies, and she recently impressed with her realistic acting in MBN’s hit historical drama “Bossam: Steal the Fate.”
