Watch: "Running Man" Cast Tries To Replace Lee Kwang Soo With Olympic Volleyball Star Kim Yeon Koung In Fun Preview

Get ready for a chaotic episode of “Running Man” featuring the stars of South Korea’s Olympic women’s volleyball team!

On September 19, the SBS variety show aired an exciting sneak peek of its upcoming episode, in which Olympic athletes Kim Yeon Koung, Kim Hee Jin, Yeum Hye Seon, Oh Ji Young, An Hye Jin, Lee So Young, and Park Eun Jin will appear as guests.

The preview begins by introducing viewers to next week’s premise: Kim Jong Kook and Yoo Jae Suk will transform into team coaches looking to draft the league’s hottest rookie players. However, the salary negotiations don’t go as smoothly as the coaches may have hoped, with the outspoken “rookie players” boldly demanding that they get paid what they’re worth.

Once the games begin, Yoo Jae Suk’s teammates scold him for his mistakes—to the immense delight of opposing team member HaHa—and Kim Jong Kook also gets called out for his blunders.

As Kim Yeon Koung teases Kim Jong Kook, the “Running Man” members suddenly note her resemblance to former cast member Lee Kwang Soo, pointing out similarities between their facial expressions and mannerisms. Yoo Jae Suk calls out, “Hey, Kwang Soo!” while HaHa exclaims, “That’s the exact facial expression Kwang Soo makes!”

While the two coaches struggle to make an offer that Kim Yeon Koung finds satisfactory, Yang Se Chan tries to restrain her while joking, “All right, all right, Kwang Soo hyung.”

Ji Suk Jin then attempts to replace his “Feel-Chok-Cross” partner Lee Kwang Soo with the volleyball star, urging her, “Let’s do it one more time. Feel! Chok! Cross!”
