BLACKPINK's Lisa's "LALISA" Becomes Fastest Female K-Pop Solo MV To Hit 200 Million Views
BLACKPINK’s Lisa has made YouTube history once again!
On September 24 at approximately 3:40 a.m. KST, Lisa’s music video for her solo debut track “LALISA” surpassed 200 million views on YouTube, making it the fastest music video by a female K-pop soloist to achieve the feat.
Lisa originally released the music video for “LALISA” on September 10 at 1 p.m. KST, meaning that the song took just 13 days, 14 hours, and 40 minutes to reach the milestone.
The previous record for the fastest female K-pop solo music video to surpass 200 million views was held by Lisa’s bandmate Jennie, whose music video for “SOLO” took approximately two months and 29 days to hit the 200 million mark.
