October Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from September 10 to October 9.
BLACKPINK held onto their spot at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 6,092,040, marking a 64.54 percent increase in their score since September. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “LALISA,” “YouTube,” and “Guinness,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “record,” “surpass,” and “register.” BLACKPINK’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 84.07 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, aespa rose to second place with a brand reputation index of 3,770,631, marking a 48.12 percent rise in their score since last month.
Girls’ Generation took third place in the rankings with a brand reputation index of 3,126,468 for October.
Red Velvet came in fourth place with a brand reputation index of 2,875,327, while STAYC rounded out the top five with an index of 2,829,212 after seeing a whopping 146.33 percent increase in their score since September.
