IU Talks About Her Upcoming Single "Strawberry Moon" And How People Feel Different Emotions Through Her Music

IU graced the cover of Elle’s latest issue!

In the accompanying interview, IU talked about her upcoming single “Strawberry Moon.” She remarked, “I wanted to make a very easy song. I hoped it would be a song that didn’t make anyone think too much or feel sad when they heard it. I wish that this single will be enjoyed by the fans in a very comfortable way.”

IU also shared her thoughts about music and performance. Many people feel various emotions through her songs, and concerning that, she commented, “It’s the most precious award that can’t be replaced by anything else. If self-satisfaction makes me feel a fundamental sense of bliss or achievement, then people’s feedback makes me more humble and objective.”
