Park Ha Sun Being Treated For Aspiration Pneumonia; Husband Ryu Soo Young To Take Over Radio Show

It was revealed that actress Park Ha Sun has been hospitalized for aspiration pneumonia.

On October 18, the SBS PowerFM radio show “Park Ha Sun’s CineTown” announced on their official Instagram account that Park Ha Sun, who is the radio show’s DJ, was being treated at the hospital for aspiration pneumonia and that a special DJ would come in that week instead.

The production staff added that Park Ha Sun would be returning on October 25 and assured fans that she was recovering well. The actress’s husband, actor Ryu Soo Young, would take over as special DJ on October 19, and SBS announcer Joo Si Eun would take over from October 20 to 24.

Aspiration pneumonia is a condition that occurs when food, saliva, liquid, or vomit is breathed into the lungs or airway instead of being swallowed into the stomach.

Park Ha Sun and Ryu Soo Young met on the drama “Two Weeks” in 2013 and started dating in 2014. They were married in 2017 and currently have one child, a daughter, together.

Park Ha Sun recently appeared in the MBC drama “The Veil.”
