Watch: WEi's Kim Yo Han And Cho Yi Hyun Only Have Eyes For Each Other In New Teaser For "School 2021"

KBS 2TV’s long-awaited drama “School 2021” has unveiled a new teaser!

The eighth installment in KBS’s popular “School” drama series, “School 2021” will tell the story of high school students choosing to follow their dreams instead of just preparing for college entrance exams. The coming-of-age tale will follow the growth, friendships, and romances of 18-year-olds facing an uncertain future.

WEi’s Kim Yo Han will star in the drama as Gong Ki Joon, a former Taekwondo athlete who must give up on his dream due to an injury, while Cho Yi Hyun will play his first love Jin Ji Won, who is determined to achieve her dream of becoming a carpenter. Chu Young Woo will play Jung Young Joo, a mysterious transfer student with a past connection to Gong Ki Joon, and Hwang Bo Reum Byeol will play Kang Seo Young, a high-achieving student who is on track to get into one of Korea’s top universities.

The newly released teaser video shares a glimpse of the love square between the four lead characters. The clip starts with Gong Ki Joon asleep at his desk. When Jin Ji Won calls his name, he opens his eyes and sits up to look back at her. The two gaze at each other for a while as the soft breeze enhances the romantic atmosphere in the room. Meanwhile, Jung Young Joo’s eyes are pinned on Jin Ji Won, and Kang Seo Young takes off her headphones to solely concentrate on Jung Young Joo.

“School 2021” premieres on November 17 at 9:30 p.m. KST and will be available with subtitles on Viki. Check out the teaser below!
