Watch: Kim Soo Hyun Goes Through Hell In Prison In Riveting New Teaser For "One Ordinary Day"
Coupang Play has shared a gripping new sneak peek of its upcoming drama “One Ordinary Day”!
A remake of BBC’s “Criminal Justice,” “One Ordinary Day” will star Kim Soo Hyun as Kim Hyun Soo, an ordinary college student whose life is turned upside down when he suddenly becomes the prime suspect in a murder case. Cha Seung Won will star as Shin Joong Han, a third-rate lawyer who barely passed the bar exam and is the only person who reaches out to help Kim Hyun Soo—while never asking him about the truth of what happened that fateful night.
The newly released teaser offers a glimpse of the hell that Kim Hyun Soo goes through after entering the unfamiliar world of prison. In the blink of an eye, the once-happy student plummets into despair as he is repeatedly tested physically and emotionally.
Injured and covered in wounds, Kim Hyun Soo is visibly exhausted and nearly seems to have given up when Shin Joong Han suddenly waltzes in and offers to come to his rescue. The lawyer asks, “Is it really tough for you [here in prison]? Sign here. Starting now, I’m your lawyer.”
The clip ominously ends with a terrified, out-of-breath Kim Hyun Soo looking back in fear as he runs away from something or someone.
“One Ordinary Day” will premiere on November 27. In the meantime, check out the new teaser below!
