Watch: TREASURE Drops Spooky Teaser For Horror Web Drama That's A Male Version Of Hit Film Series "Whispering Corridors"

TREASURE has released a chilling sneak peek of their upcoming web drama “The Mysterious Class”!

Starting next week, the YG Entertainment rookie boy group will be starring in their very own web drama inspired by the iconic horror film series “Whispering Corridors.” All of the films in the hit series, which first began in 1998 and has launched the careers of stars like Song Ji Hyo, Gong Hyo Jin, Oh Yeon Seo, and more, share the common theme of being set in all-girls high schools.

In TREASURE’s new web drama “The Mysterious Class,” the twelve members will star as students in the same class at an all-boys high school. When they begin to suspect that one of the students in the class is actually a ghost, they start to doubt one another as they search for the ghost hidden among them.

The newly released teaser begins with Choi Hyun Suk and Bang Ye Dam holding a séance in their classroom as they attempt to communicate with a spirit. “If you’re here right now, please respond,” they say, and the spirit seemingly confirms its presence by moving their pen to O instead of X.

Doyoung then informs his classmates, “It’s true that officially, there are only 20 students in our class.” As they frantically begin counting the number of students in the classroom, So Jung Hwan asks, “Then why are there 21 students in our class?” Yoon Jae Hyuk replies, “There must be a mysterious person hidden among us.” Doyoung chimes in, “Someone whom only we, and our homeroom teacher, can see.” Mashiho asks doubtfully, “Are you saying that there’s a ghost or something like that?” 

However, as strange incidents begin to take place around the school, the frightened students soon realize that there truly is a non-human entity lurking in their classroom.

“The Mysterious Class” premieres on November 12 at 10 p.m. KST, and new episodes will be released every week on TREASURE’s official YouTube channel here.
