Son Dam Bi Revealed To Be Dating Former Speed Skater Lee Kyou Hyuk
Son Dam Bi and former national long track speed skater Lee Kyou Hyuk are dating!
On December 2, a source from Son Dam Bi’s agency H& Entertainment revealed to Sports Chosun, “Son Dam Bi and coach Lee Kyou Hyuk are in a relationship. They used to be friends, and they say it has been about three months since they started dating.”
A source from Lee Kyou Hyuk’s agency IHQ also shared that the two had gone from friends to lovers, adding, “They are not at the stage to think about marriage yet.”
Earlier in the day, JTBC News reported that Son Dam Bi and Lee Kyou Hyuk started seeing each other in the beginning of the year and enjoy golf as a shared hobby. According to the news outlet, most of their acquaintances are aware of their relationship as they do not purposefully hide it.
Son Dam Bi debuted as a singer in 2007 and has released several hits such as “Crazy” and “Saturday Night.” She began acting in 2009 and gained attention for her role in “When the Camellia Blooms” in 2019.
Lee Kyou Hyuk is a former long track speed skater who won the Speed Skating World Cup four times. In 1997 and 2001, he had set the world record for 1000 meters and 1500 meters, respectively. After retiring, he started to appear on variety shows and signed with IHQ this year in September.
