BTS's J-Hope Becomes 1st Korean Solo Artist To Surpass 8 Million Followers On Spotify
BTS’s J-Hope has set a new record with his number of followers on Spotify!
As of December 3, J-Hope recorded over 8 million followers on the music streaming platform, becoming the first Korean solo artist to do so.
Previously on August 21, J-Hope surpassed 7 million followers, meaning he gained an impressive 1 million followers in just 105 days.
J-Hope also takes the No. 5 spot in the ranking of Korean artists with the most Spotify followers, following K-pop groups BTS, BLACKPINK, TWICE, and EXO.
In addition to his solo tracks included in BTS’s albums, J-Hope also has eight other solo tracks registered to his name on Spotify. Among these are the songs on his solo mixtape “Hope World,” as well as “Chicken Noodle Soup,” his collaboration track with Becky G.
