Tensions are rising between Kim Da Mi and Choi Woo Shik in “Our Beloved Summer”!

SBS’s “Our Beloved Summer” is a new drama about ex-couple Choi Woong (Choi Woo Shik) and Guk Yeon Soo (Kim Da Mi), whose relationship did not end on good terms. Years later, the documentary they filmed in high school suddenly gains popularity, and they’re forced to be together in front of the camera once more.

In the last episode, Choi Woong and Guk Yeon Soo began filming for their documentary. However, hopes of rekindling their love were soon put to an abrupt stop. Choi Woong’s rival illustrator Nu Ah (Kwak Dong Yeon) had suggested that Ko Oh (Choi Woong’s illustrator name) plagiarized his work. Furthermore, Choi Woong belatedly learned that he would be working on his new project with Nu Ah after coincidentally running into him at the “Show and Shop” opening party. He left the party after telling Guk Yeon Soo, “You’re always the one ruining me.”

The newly released stills depict Choi Woong and Guk Yeon Soo surrounded by a different atmosphere. With a bottle of soju in front of them, an awkward and uncomfortable silence flows between the two. However, their gazes toward each other have changed. Choi Woong has a frigid and cold expression, while Guk Yeon Soo feels a complex wave of emotions from seeing Choi Woong with a gaze that’s unfamiliar to her. Viewers are curious to find out about the direction of their romance as they reunite amidst resentment and regret.

As Choi Woong and Guk Yeon Soo grow further apart in the upcoming episode, Kim Ji Woong (Kim Sung Cheol) will also begin to experience changes.
