Hwang In Yeop Talks About His Cold Image And Describes Characteristics That Are Associated With Him

Hwang In Yeop partnered up with Dazed magazine for a classic and chic pictorial!

The interviewer pointed out that the concept of today’s photo shoot was “eyes” and shared that it centered around his gaze that was filled with his icy yet warm charms. Concerning today’s photo shoot, Hwang In Yeop remarked, “The theme of the pictorial is ‘eyes.’ People see the coldness in my eyes. So when I first started acting, I mostly played roles with a cold image. But as you can see from today, that’s really not who I am. If you look at my eyes a little more, you’ll see that they’re not unconditionally cold. So while filming today, I thought a lot about how to express that, and most of all, I really liked the concept. Thank you.”

When asked about what is “Hwang-In-Yeop-like,” the actor replied, “A heart that believes in me without comparing and not doubting what I have. I often think of confidence. I think it’s the mindset to trust myself and to show, talk, and act confidently without thinking that the decision I made is wrong.”

Hwang In Yeop is currently filming “Why Oh Soo Jae?” (literal translation). It is a new mystery romance drama starring Seo Hyun Jin as the titular Oh Soo Jae, a coldhearted lawyer who has grown empty after only chasing success, and Hwang In Yeop as law student Gong Chan, who would do anything to protect her.

“Why Oh Soo Jae?” is currently scheduled to air in the first half of 2022.
