Song Kang Is A Free-Spirited Office Worker In Upcoming Romance Drama "Forecasting Love And Weather"
JTBC’s upcoming drama “Forecasting Love and Weather” released new stills of Song Kang!
“Forecasting Love and Weather” is an upcoming office romance drama about the work and love lives of the people at the Korea Meteorological Administration, who are more passionate than tropical heat and more unpredictable than torrential rainfall.
Park Min Young stars as Jin Ha Kyung, a general forecaster who is highly organized, does everything by the book, and is fastidious about keeping her personal and professional lives separate. Song Kang plays special reporter Lee Si Woo, a free spirit who is always thinking outside the box. Despite having a good head on his shoulders allowing him to do whatever he sets his mind to, all he cares about is the weather. Even the meaning behind his name is “rain that falls just right on time.”
The newly released stills highlight Lee Si Woo’s passion for weather. At the office, he has a gaze full of curiosity and sincerity as he analyzes the weather with his computer and exchanges opinions with his coworkers.
In particular, what stands out the most is Lee Si Woo’s employee badge since it will be Song Kang’s first time playing an office employee role. Previously, the actor impressed with his roles as a young student in “Sweet Home,” “Love Alarm,” and “Nevertheless.” He will be taking on the challenge of his first role as a salaryman with Lee Si Woo, raising anticipation for his upcoming transformation.
The production team shared, “Song Kang is Lee Si Woo himself. We could actually feel that he was putting in a lot of effort to perfectly immerse himself into his character.” They added, “Please anticipate how Song Kang will fulfill work and love through Si Woo.”
“Forecasting Love and Weather” will premiere on February 12 at 10:30 p.m. KST. Check out teasers here!
