SEVENTEEN's Mingyu Dishes On The Process Of Preparing Albums And His Motivation For Remaining Passionate

SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu recently sat down for an interview with Arena Homme Plus!

In the pictorial, the idol posed with the Swiss luxury watchmaker Omega. The photo shoot took place in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, and Mingyu exuded both mature masculinity and refreshing boyishness.

During the interview, Mingyu honestly expressed his attachment to albums and his ambitions for the future. SEVENTEEN releases two or more albums every year, and concerning that, he explained, “For the album, not only do we need to prepare music but also photo shoots for the jacket photos, things related to appearances like outfits, and stage performances. We have to raise them to a level that deserves applause from the public and unite them into one. This task is always difficult.”

When asked what drives him to maintain the same passion he had when he was a rookie idol, he answered it’s the love of fans. He shared, “What we do doesn’t have a set numerical value. I feel a sense of accomplishment from CARAT’s (SEVENTEEN’s fandom) love, so my greed is endless.”
