Lee Kyu Han Cleared Of Assault Charges + Shares Thoughts On Instagram

Actor Lee Kyu Han has been acquitted on all charges of assault.

On November 8, 2021, it was reported that the Seoul Gangnam Police Station forwarded a case regarding Lee Kyu Han to the prosecution. The case was over whether Lee Kyu Han had drunkenly assaulted a chauffeur in the Gangnam area in 2020.

According to the driver, Lee Kyu Han and his friend had gotten drunk and hired a car from a chauffeur service and started provoking the driver while he was driving them. The driver claimed that he had been assaulted and filed a request for investigation with the police.

Lee Kyu Han denied all charges during the investigation.

According to legal representatives on January 27, the Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office dismissed the charges against Lee Kyu Han due to insufficient evidence.

In order to get this result that I thought was the only reasonable option….it took a year and half.
I am overwhelmed with emotion… but I also think it is my fault having a job as a celebrity.
I feel so apologetic to everyone participating in the projects that I caused trouble to with this incident.
Also, I sincerely thank everyone who trusted me, worried about me, and supported me from the beginning to the end.
