Watch: Park Min Young Finds Herself Falling For Song Kang In "Forecasting Love And Weather" Highlight Reel

“Forecasting Love and Weather” starring Song Kang and Park Min Young has unveiled a five-minute highlight clip!

The JTBC office romance drama is about the work and love lives of the people at the Korea Meteorological Administration, who are more passionate than tropical heat and more unpredictable than torrential rainfall. Park Min Young stars as Jin Ha Kyung, a general forecaster, while Song Kang plays the free-spirited special reporter Lee Si Woo.

The highlight clip shares a glimpse of Jin Ha Kyung and Lee Si Woo’s love story. Lee Si Woo’s gentle voice narrates, “You can’t see the wind, but there’s a mark in the place that it passed by,” hinting that’s what their romance is like.

In the video, viewers can clearly see what kind of person Jin Ha Kyung is. She’s very intelligent but cold, and she’s not very close to her co-workers. When she gets promoted, her superior says they should go out to eat and celebrate, but she quickly and firmly says, “I’m going to go home. I’ll go buy the book. I’ll leave on the dot.”

Unlike Jin Ha Young who likes to base things on scientific facts, Lee Si Woo tends to follow his instincts. He is very passionate when it comes to the weather, and he knows no bounds when it comes to alerting people about the coming rain.

Jin Ha Young is very dissatisfied with how Lee Si Woo works, and she demands, “Are you the one who made the special weather report without permission from headquarters? Do you know the cost of manpower it takes every time the Korea Meteorological Administration issues a special weather report?” Unfazed by her anger, Lee Si Woo confidently quips, “Don’t worry about that. It will definitely rain.” The caption reads, “A relationship that came with the rain,” teasing their romance is just getting started.

However, it’s not easy dating people at one’s workplace. Jin Ha Young already experienced the disaster with her ex-boyfriend Han Ki Joon (Yoon Bak), a silver-tongued, ambitious man. Jin Ha Young and Han Ki Joon attempt to keep things professional at their job, but they can’t help but get on each other’s nerves. Lee Si Woo witnesses them quarreling and shoots Han Ki Joon a cold warning look before leaving the room.

Things between Jin Ha Young and Lee Si Woo get delightfully sweeter as he takes care of her when she gets sick. When he asks her if she took medicine, she smiles and says, “Just eat the chicken.” He puts a hand on her forehead, catching her off guard, and they exchange heart-fluttering eye contact.

Towards the end, Jin Ha Young admits she can’t stop thinking about Lee Si Woo, and his voiceover poetically recites, “I want to meet you like how clouds make loud noises when they meet each other.”
