BLACKPINK's "Ice Cream" MV Soars Past 700 Million Views On YouTube

BLACKPINK has hit the 700 million mark with another music video!

At approximately 4:06 a.m. KST on February 13, BLACKPINK’s music video for “Ice Cream” surpassed 700 million views on YouTube, making it their eighth group music video to do so after “DDU-DU DDU-DU,” “BOOMBAYAH,” “As If It’s Your Last,” “Kill This Love,” “How You Like That,” “Whistle,” and “Playing With Fire.”

“Ice Cream” is also BLACKPINK’s ninth overall group video to reach the milestone: aside from their official music videos, the group’s dance performance video for “How You Like That” recently made history by surpassing 1 billion views on YouTube.

BLACKPINK originally released the music video for “Ice Cream” on August 28, 2020 at 1 p.m. KST, meaning that it took the song just over one year, five months, and 15 days to hit 700 million views.
