Watch: BLACKPINK's Jisoo, Jung Hae In, And More Say Bittersweet Goodbyes To "Snowdrop"
JTBC shared a surprise behind-the-scenes video for “Snowdrop”!
“Snowdrop” is set in 1987 and tells the love story between Su Ho (Jung Hae In), who rushes into a women’s university covered in blood one day, and Young Ro (BLACKPINK’s Jisoo), a student at the women’s university who hides and take care of him despite facing danger and close surveillance. “Snowdrop” aired its final two episodes on January 30, with the finale achieving the second-highest ratings of the drama’s entire run.
The video starts with Jung Hae In bursting into laughter while filming. Jisoo has fun dancing in her pink dress while waiting to film the next scene with Jung Hae In.
The two continue to showcase great chemistry while shooting their dance scene. They go over the choreography together and share laughs while watching themselves behind the scenes.
Jisoo displays her professionalism while rehearsing a serious scene with Jang Seung Jo. Meanwhile, Jung Hae In also delivers an emotional scene with ease.
At the end of the video, the cast members share their closing comments about the drama. Jang Seung Jo shares, “I resolved to work hard after seeing all the staff members [giving it their all]. Thank you.”
Yoo In Na remarks, “Thank you for being so kind to me while filming. Let’s meet again with another drama. Thank you.”
Jung Hae In gets emotional and tears up while saying, “I want to thank the director and all the staff members. I don’t think I’ll be able to forget Su Ho. Thank you so much.”
Jisoo says, “This was my first time filming a drama, and I’m so happy that I got to work with amazing actors and staff members. I also want to thank the director for helping me a lot. I think my time filming for this drama will be unforgettable in many ways. Thank you so much. You all worked hard.”
The director also shares his closing comments. “I still have work to do with this drama in terms of editing and post-production work, but everyone worked so hard. I’ll do my best to complete my work so that all your hard work pays off. This will be a production that I won’t be able to forget. I’m getting emotional all of a sudden. I won’t be able to forget about this until I die. Thank you all so much!”
