Kim Sejeong Holds Her Breath As Ahn Hyo Seop Confronts Her In "A Business Proposal"
A special preview of the upcoming drama “A Business Proposal” has been released!
Based on a web novel that was adapted into a webtoon, “A Business Proposal” is a romantic comedy about an office employee who goes on a blind date with her company’s CEO in place of a friend while hiding her identity. Ahn Hyo Seop plays Kang Tae Mu, a perfect third generation chaebol. Kim Sejeong stars opposite of him as Shin Ha Ri, a regular office worker who hides her true energetic self in order to transform into a charismatic femme fatale for her blind date.
In order to celebrate the drama’s airing, the webtoon illustrator NARAK delivered a surprise webtoon style drawing of the two characters. In both photos, Kang Tae Mu and Shin Ha Ri stand next to a staircase alone in a room. Kang Tae Mu stares down intimidatingly at Shin Ha Ri. Wearing a clean cut suit, he looms over her as if trying to confront her about something. She looks away from him nervously as she grips her bag at her side. The tension between them is building up, making viewers’ hearts pound as well. From the photos, it can be proven that Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Sejeong have fantastic synchronization with their webtoon characters.
In addition, the original webtoon writer Hae Hwa supported the drama, saying, “I am happy and excited that ‘A Business Proposal’ will come out as a drama following the webtoon. I am grateful to everyone who loved Tae Mu and Ha Ri and to those who worked hard to produce the drama. I hope the drama ‘A Business Proposal’ will once again present an exciting time to many people.”
