Hwang Jung Min, Jung Woo Sung, Park Hae Joon, And More Begin Shooting Upcoming Historical Film
A new film called “Seoul’s Spring” (literal title) starring Hwang Jung Min, Jung Woo Sung, Park Hae Joon and more has started filming!
“Seoul’s Spring” is helmed by director Kim Sung Soo who vividly depicts the stories of passionate characters without missing the atmosphere of the times, such as in his previous works “Asura: City of Madness,” “Flu,” “City of the Rising Sun,” and “Beat.” The upcoming film is about a huge event that shook Korea in the late 1970s.
Hwang Jung Min and Jung Woo Sung will be teaming up for the second time since starring together in director Kim Sung Soo’s film “Asura: City of Madness.” Actors Lee Sung Min, Park Hae Joon, and Kim Sung Kyun, who are busy starring in both movies and dramas, will be joining director Kim Sung Soo’s production for the first time. Viewers can anticipate what kind of transformation these actors with different personalities will show and how their extraordinary energies will coexist and collide to create a powerful ensemble.
When speaking about the production, director Kim Sung Soo proudly expressed his feelings towards the actors, saying, “Famous actors of this current time have all gathered together for ‘Seoul’s Spring.’ As a director, can it get better than this?”
