BTS, ENHYPEN, NCT, TXT, BLACKPINK, TWICE, And ITZY Claim Top Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart
K-pop dominated Billboard’s World Albums chart once again this week!
BTS’s 2020 album “Map of the Soul: 7” held onto its spot at the top of the chart for the week of February 26, marking the album’s 36th non-consecutive week at No. 1 (and its 104th week on the chart overall).
Including “Map of the Soul: 7,” BTS landed a total of five albums in the top 15: “Love Yourself: Answer” rose to No. 5, followed by “BE” at No. 6, “Love Yourself: Tear” at No. 9, and “Map of the Soul: Persona” at No. 11.
Meanwhile, ENHYPEN’s repackaged album “DIMENSION : ANSWER” maintained its position at No. 2 in its fifth consecutive week on the chart.
NCT’s latest studio album “Universe” similarly stayed strong at No. 4 in its ninth consecutive week on the chart, while NCT 127’s “Sticker” held onto its spot at No. 7 in its 22nd week.
TXT’s “The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE” also held steady at No. 10 in its 38th consecutive week on the World Albums chart, while BLACKPINK’s “THE ALBUM” remained No. 12 in its 72nd week.
Finally, TWICE’s “Formula of Love: O+T=<3” re-entered the World Albums chart at No. 14 for a 13th non-consecutive week on the chart, and ITZY’s “CRAZY IN LOVE” rounded out the top 15 in its 20th week.
