Lee Jung Jae Signs With Creative Artists Agency In U.S.

Lee Jung Jae has officially signed with a major U.S. agency!

On February 26 KST, Lee Jung Jae’s Korean agency Artist Company announced, “Lee Jung Jae has signed a contract with the American agency CAA (Creative Artists Agency).”

Creative Artists Agency is one of the biggest talents and sports agencies in the United States, and its star-studded roster of clients includes big names like Brad Pitt, Tom Hanks, Meryl Streep, George Clooney, and director Steven Spielberg. 

“With CAA’s global network as a foundation, Lee Jung Jae will become even more active in the global market, including the United States,” stated Artist Company. “He will not only be active as an actor, but also as a producer and a director.”

While Lee Jung Jae has been an A-list actor in Korea for years, he recently entered the international spotlight due to his starring turn in the smash hit series “Squid Game,” which became a global phenomenon after its release last year. In addition to becoming the first Asian actor ever to be nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor at the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, he was also nominated for Best Actor at the Golden Globes, the Critics’ Choice Awards, and the Gotham Awards.
