BTS Makes The Top 10 Of IFPI's Annual Global Digital Single Chart Twice In A Row
BTS’s “Butter” scored a spot in the Top 10 of IFPI’s 2021 Global Digital Single Chart!
On March 1, the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) announced its annual Global Digital Single Chart for last year, with BTS’s “Butter” taking No. 4. The chart is measured based on success on all digital formats, including single track downloads and streams on both paid subscription services and ad-supported platforms.
This is the second time in a row that BTS has made the chart. Last year, BTS placed No. 10 with their song “Dynamite.”

In addition, IFPI announced on February 24 via their official Twitter account that BTS had taken the No. 1 spot on their 2021 IFPI Global Artist Chart.

BTS is currently gearing up for their “Permission to Dance On Stage” concerts in Seoul in March and Las Vegas in April, as well as the Grammy Awards.
