"Young Lady And Gentleman" Heads Into Final Week On No. 1 Ratings As "Twenty Five, Twenty One" Continues Reign Over Its Time Slot
KBS 2TV’s “Young Lady and Gentleman” is heading into its final two episodes on a ratings boost!
On March 20, the popular weekend drama enjoyed a significant rise in viewership ahead of the final week of its run. According to Nielsen Korea, the latest episode of “Young Lady and Gentleman” scored an average nationwide rating of 36.5 percent, continuing its perfect streak as the most-watched program of any kind to air on Sunday.
Meanwhile, tvN’s “Twenty Five, Twenty One” earned an average nationwide rating of 10.7 percent for the night. Although the figure marked a slight dip in viewership, the hit drama successfully remained first place in its time slot across all channels, even including public broadcast networks.
“Twenty Five, Twenty One” also continued to take first place in its time slot among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it scored a nationwide average of 6.5 percent.
Elsewhere on cable, TV Chosun’s “Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) 3” rose to an average nationwide rating of 8.5 percent, marking a new all-time high for Season 3, and JTBC’s “Forecasting Love and Weather” climbed to an average nationwide rating of 7.6 percent for the night.
OCN’s new drama “A Superior Day” rose to an average nationwide rating of 1.2 percent for its second episode, while KBS’s “The King of Tears, Lee Bang Won” held steady with an average rating of 9.9 percent for the night.
