Bang Si Hyuk To Participate As Executive Producer For LE SSERAFIM's Debut Album

HYBE’s founder Bang Si Hyuk will be producing LE SSERAFIM’s debut album!

Earlier in March, Source Music, which is part of HYBE Labels, announced that former IZ*ONE members Miyawaki Sakura and Kim Chae Won had signed contracts with the agency. The two will debut together again as members of LE SSERAFIM, the first girl group between HYBE and Source Music.

On March 30, it was revealed that Bang Si Hyuk will be in charge of the overall producing for LE SSERAFIM’s debut album. Bang Si Hyuk has already successfully helped launch BTS to worldwide fame as well as TXT and ENHYPEN.

In addition to entering the 2022 Billboard Power List, Bang Si Hyuk also made it onto last year’s Bloomberg 50, which highlights the top 50 people and ideas whose accomplishments have defined global business, entertainment, finance, politics, and science over the past year. The producer’s participation in the album raises even more anticipation for LE SSERAFIM’s upcoming debut album, which will showcase tight storytelling with high quality music, performances, and video content.

HYBE Labels (then Big Hit Entertainment) acquired Source Music in July 2019. Bang Si Hyuk resigned from his CEO position last July to focus on his role as the chairman of the board of directors and to dedicate more effort towards music production.

Currently, LE SSERAFIM is gearing up to make their highly-anticipated debut in May. The group name is an anagram for “I’M FEARLESS,” highlighting the group’s confident resolve to move forward in the world fearlessly without wavering under the world’s gaze.
